You have been sent 2 emails, so the first thing to do is check your email.
One from Stripe with Payment confirmation charged to The Bali Experience Company. This is our subsidiary company that we use for all payment processing.
The other is from notifications@swiftvisaindo.com – it is very important you add this to your address book so important communications do not end up in your spam folder. If you haven’t received an email within 15 minutes (depending on your email settings) please check your spam folder.
The email will detail exactly what you must do next, which is reply with the requested documents attached.
After we receive your documents we will respond by email again within 1 working day with confirmation that your visa is in progress, or any requests for missing or illegible information.
If we find your visa application cannot be submitted you will qualify for a full refund less an AUD$100 administration processing fee. Once we have submitted an application to the Indonesian authorities no refunds are permitted for any reason, regardless of the circumstances.
